As a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Light Body worker (LuminEssense Light Body), I have training and experience in many different methodologies of body and energy work. I use 100% organic jojoba lotion for an energy centered massage based in swedish, reflexology, deep tissue, pressure point therapy, chakra alignments, cranio sacral, and energetic healing including Reiki, lightbody, Yoga Therapy and many other healing methods (check out the Life Coaching page for more information).
I want to help each client to feel as comfortable as possible when entering my studio. My goal is to give you more relaxation and healing than you expect. You will know immediately as my hands connect with you that you are in for a special treat. My hands will communicate deeply with your body and be guided exactly where they need to be. Some of my favorite comments I frequently hear from my clients are “Ohhh, you found the spot. You find areas I didn’t even know were there” or “You really have great hands, they are so smooth.”
Following a session with me, you will feel more energized, relaxed, centered and grounded. The experience will assist in bringing more of you into the Now by increasing your body awareness.

Each session will have different variations as no two sessions are ever exactly the same. Over time, as your body adjusts and changes from session to session, and I get to know the specific nuances of your muscle system, my intuition and experience will guide me to modify the session based on your evolving needs. My hands learn your body and my spiritual guides assist me in giving you a profound experience on my table, my altar. You will know you have entered into sacred space.
