3 Day Healing Intensives
This weekend intensive is a spiritual and emotional “kick start” into working with me. You will begin to learn how to open to unconditional love of the self and begin to find your healing gifts.
The first step on this journey will be a long intake session where we can asses your needs, find your desires and begin to learn about what issues are coming up in your life at this time. Together, we will set your intentions for this work and begin to customize your outline for the weekend based on your specific needs and issues.
With my guidance, we will perform several different spiritual exercises combined with Yoga and Massage. I will guide you and assist you in beginning to clear your emotional body to create full body alignment, mind, body and spirit. As your shadow self begins to emerge, you will have my full support and assistance to begin the process of moving through this difficult time, to find the peace, love and clarity within, to find that still small voice inside, guiding you and loving you towards a more spiritually based and fulfilling life.
The work is performed over a three day period. We will begin with 3-4 hours on the first day, followed by a very intensive 8 hour day, then end with a 3-4 hour day.
The weekend will also include organic foods prepared by myself. I will ask you your dietary requirements prior to the weekend and will prepare wholesome and healthy meals utilizing as much local and organic produce as is available depending on the season.
