Counseling
As we work together on an energetic level, working with the breath and balancing and aligning your charka and energetic centers to a higher frequency, you will find a lot of “stuff or karma” coming up for you to deal with. We may decide that you need to see another professional as a companion to our work together.
Alternatively, many clients have decided to spend time working with me on a counseling level. If we both decide that is the next best step, I offer my services and assistance.
I will guide you into your shadow self, finding deeper “truths” behind the issues that are undermining your personal integrity. As we work through your pain body, we can unpeel your layers to get to the deeper truths of your questions “Why does this keep happening to me?” or “I’ve felt this way all my life and I’m tired of it” as a few examples, identifying and learning about the patterns in life that keep occurring.
Discovering and then learning how to use the inner gifts within yourself, we will develop tools for you to feel empowered in ways you may have only imagined. I will assist you in utilizing these gifts to find ways to develop a personal, professional and spiritual life that is more in line with your highest self.
Finding your life purpose and living out your deepest desires is a path to living a more joyful, centered and deeply satisfying life.
